Healthy Hints For Homeschoolers
Healthy
living is a goal for us all. And we can all benefit from hints
to keep us on track. However, working from home
presents its own unique challenges. It is often very hard to keep good
eating and exercise habits as a top priority when you're
juggling your family, schooling and work. So I've asked a couple of my
friends to share articles and tips that target our specific challenges
and provide real working solutions.
I first met Rick and Lynn through a mutual friend, Diane. Diane told me
about this great weight loss program called
Fat2Lean.
She knew that I would be interested because I was still
nursing my youngest child, but wanted to start losing some of the
pregnancy weight I'd gathered. My main concern was that I wanted to
lose the weight in a healthy manner. So, she told me where to go to register for the classes and the
rest is history.
When I followed their advice, I began dropping inches rapidly.
I became more aware of what my food choices were actually
doing to my body and learning to make healthier choices. Lynn
usually runs the teleseminars and is a wonderful
person to talk with
about the challenges that we all have with doing what's best for our
health. You couldn't ask for a more sympathetic ear. She even
runs a support group teleseminar for backsliders like
me. :-)
Rick is a sweetheart and will be the main contributor to the
articles from this great duo. I'm hoping to convince Lynn to
share some of the great recipes she's found and uses in her life.
You know, these two people actually convinced me to eat
celery for a snack -- and like it! They are certified
weight
management advisors and a great motivating force in my life.
If you have questions, you can send them directly to the Fat2Lean Team
through snail mail:

I hope that you
enjoy the articles. Please let us know if
there's a specific question you'd like Rick to answer. Or, if you'd
just like to share how the information helped you, we'd sure like to
know.
